We have a vacancy for someone to join the care team supporting a physically disabled young man in his own home on the Wirral. We are looking for someone initially to work Thursday as a waking night on alternate weeks, but with potential for further work if you are flexible and to fill a temporary, part-time post around April/May/June
He is a wheelchair user and depends on technology to communicate. Unfortunately, he is doubly incontinent and requires personal care throughout the day.
He needs full support with personal care, meal preparation, household chores and it would help if you are a tv addict, as game shows are his passion and your companionship would be greatly appreciated!
The position is subject to an enhanced DBS check and would suit anyone with previous care or nursing experience or simply a desire to help as training will be provided.
