… with Jennifer McGovern, Director of Integrated Adult Social Care and Health (CWAC)
An introductory meeting has been arranged for all unpaid Carers across Cheshire West and Chester to meet with Jennifer McGovern and other key officers from across CWAC and Vivo.
The meeting will provide an update on the ongoing support to all Carers (including Carers Assessments and the newly commissioned support service), an overview of Adult Social Care developments, progress with local social care and Health integration across the Borough and an Update on the support to Carers from the Council’s company, Vivo Care Choices.
This will be an informal and interactive meeting with the opportunity for a Questions and Answers session with Jennifer and the other officers in attendance.
