One day a week in school holidays plus extra for the right candidate

Currently in the school holidays, Ali (mum) is housebound with D (4, autistic) and R (1 and on the pathway). We'd love someone to support us to access our favourite safe places (Space and the zoo) so we can enjoy family days out and get used to the involvement of another caregiver.
During school holidays, we'd anticipate needing someone for one day a week, approximately 6/7 hours a day, and are offering £15 per hour for your skills and expertise. Expenses pertaining to fuel and activity admission would also be covered. Extra shifts would be available for the right candidate should it work for all parties.
We need:
Someone experienced with supporting autistic children and understanding the barriers that can be faced when accessing the community, particularly when it comes to maintaining safety and minimising distress
Someone warm and intuitive who enjoys building strong, caring relationships with children who can take a while to trust others
Someone able to commit to one day a week each week of the holidays - we can be flexible on which day. There is also the possibility of weekend shifts and additional hours going forward if this works for all parties
Someone with access to their own vehicle appropriate for transporting the family, and a clean driving licence
Someone registered to pay tax and NI, have current DBS, liability insurance and be able to produce invoices
We are looking for a reliable Personal Assistant to support our little family to access the community during the school holidays.
