The job is at a flat in Cuddington
Need a worker for Paul who survived a car accident in 1986.He is a wheel chair user with no ability to stand. He can do most things for himself but requires some support. He has a reasonable active life, rides a recumbent cycle, sails, goes to the gym, etc
He needs somebody to join his four person team of support workers to do two 12 hour nights a week ( Sunday & Friday). There will be some opportunities to cover the absences of other members of the team. The job is a sleeping night shift ,it involves checking Paul goes to bed in a tidy way, responding if he needs help during the night , showering and shaving , seeing to toilet needs and preparing breakfast.
The appointee must want to care for Paul at the highest level . The team are expected to maintain the flat to a high standard . Additional help in stimulating Paul to fill his waking hours would be a welcome skill
