Housing First peer practitioner –
In this role, I was actively involved in the Housing First programme, which focuses on
providing stable housing as a foundation for addressing other issues. I adhered to and
delivered on its core principles, ensuring that clients received the best possible support.
I managed a caseload of 6 – 9 clients, all of whom had multiple and complex needs that
required tailored and comprehensive care.
My duties included a variety of tasks aimed at supporting service users. I assisted them

I was employed by Holden Knight as the dedicated out-of-hours Designated
Safeguarding Lead (DSL). In this role, I was responsible for providing crucial on-call
support to staff working in three regulated children’s homes and managing crisis
packages across the Manchester area. My responsibilities were multifaceted and
required a high level of expertise and dedication.One of my primary duties was to offer immediate support and advice to staff during
times of crisis and respond to urgent staffing requirements/sickness. This involved assessing situations quickly and effectively, ensuring that
the appropriate safeguarding protocols were followed in line with best practices. I played
