    Store Assistant
    ALDI – Stafford
    August 2022 to November 2023
During my time at Aldi I have worked in many different areas developing multiple skill sets. I have mainly been working on the shop floor replenishing stock and helping customers with enquiries helping me improve communication skills and showing my drive for efficiency. During my time here I was sent for a deputy manager experience day despite company policy being you have to be in the job for a year to take part and I was only there for 10 months. This I believe reinforces my tenacity and willingness to go above and beyond targets that are set for me and exceed the expectations of those above me.

    Warehouse Operative
    IForce – Stafford
    July 2021 to August 2022
This job entails a reverse sortation of items. During my time here I have felt with a high number of stock intake pallets as well as working on a computer to receive said items received as returns from B&Q and Screw-fix. As well as that I have worked with the disposal of stock and sorting the stock into separate locations throughout the warehouse depending on where the items were to end up. I have been trusted with training new employees and managing my own section at times during this job giving me more exposure to higher levels of expectancy and responsibility within the workplace.

    Warehouse Operative
    UKMail/DHL – Stafford
    October 2020 to July 2021
During this time I continued to learn how to sort parcels into different sections by stacking them on a
pallet then wrapping them to be sent off. I also learnt how to unload and load trailers with a pump truck as well as loose-loading them. I was on a section dealing with cam drivers with made me develop my knowledge on how to correctly use the technology available as well as developing my people skills as I had to talk to them every day. Doing this role also made me develop my time management skills.

    Warehouse Operative
    gap personnel – Stafford
    March 2020 to October 2020
During this time period I was employed at DHL Stafford and then went on to go full time when they
    offered me a contract.

    Warehouse Operative
The Best Connection Agency – Stafford
    June 2019 to February 2020
During my time working for TBC I was deployed at Screw-fixdistribution centre in Stafford. In this time I was trained to do two jobs within the mini load section of the warehouse, picking and decant. These jobs gave me valuable experience in manual handling and various health and safety requirements that would be needed in such a job.

    Apprentice Administrator
    The Oxygen Store
    September 2018 to February 2019
During my time there I was able to further my skills in customer service and was able to communicate effectively with people over the phone as well as editing various pictures digitally and editing the website.
