About me

I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible, resilient and hard-working person. For the past 10 years, I have worked in a wide range of adult health and social care settings as a personal assistant and a support worker. I hold an NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Social Care and have extensive experience in working as a domiciliary, reablement and, more recently, a living-in carer. I have supported clients with complex needs including dementia, mental health issues and challenging behaviour, maintaining their independence and living in their own homes. I worked both as part of a team as well as working independently under my own initiative. I am committed to delivering a high-quality care and a person-centred support to ensure the comfort, safety and welfare of clients. My work ethic and strong values help me fully understand the needs of my clients and tailor my care using understanding and sensitive approach. I am now looking for a new venture and feel that my work experience and personal qualities would be ideal for supporting people living with disabilities and long-term health conditions. I am a kind and caring person with a strong work ethic and a deep sense of empathy, compassion and respect towards people I care for. I pride myself on my ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams with positivity, enthusiasm and professionalism. I work well under pressure, against tight deadlines and feel confident that I have the experience and qualities essential for this role.
