I am a female registered mental health nurse with 22 years experience- 10 of those years in the community as a care coordinator, treatment nurse, and community nurse. As a result of my experience I am able to work under pressure whilst continuing to centre the care of the individual.
I will formulate care plans and risk assessments for each client and maintain contact with any family the client has consented to, as well as any involved professionals. I am available for support with all activities of daily living such as appointments, medication, shopping, and personal care.
