I have had various retail roles including 12 years working for Sainsburys
In March 2020 I began work as a Waking Night Support Worker for Macintyre in December 2021 moved over to Creative Support. My job role is to provide a high standard of care for our service users, I work nights so my job roll includes regular welfare checks throughout the night providing personal care such as hoist lifting, assisting with continence, changing incontinence aids, assisting with personal hygeine, providing refreshments and sometimes just being there to reassure our service users if they are feeling anxious. As part of my job role I ensure the house is kept clean and tidy and complete all laundry tasks including ironing, I am trained to administer medication.
