My reason for leaving is due to fulfilling my carer as a self employed personal carer.
I have worked for Alternative Futures Group for almost 6 years and feel I can do more than be an employee. Main duties include support with personal care, finances, support in the community, support getting the benefits people deserve, providing choice, encouraging independence, encourage positive risk taking.

I am a qualified carer with a diploma level 2 & 3 in health and social care. I have worked as a personal carer for a gentleman with Parkinson’s 14 hours a week in the congleton area. I am looking to extend my working hours as a personal carer for those who need an extra helping hand around the home, weather it’s a bit of shopping, housework, support with preparing meals, walking the dog, nipping for a spot of lunch and someone to chat to. I am 27 years old and have been in the care sector for 8 years supporting adults with learning difficulties in their own homes. I love doing my job and consider myself to be an extremely caring person and have a desire to help those who need a helping hand. I currently work in congleton as a community care assistant byt do to unavailable hours fron the office i am looking for extra work. I have just taken on a pa job in northwich for 16 hours a week (flexible)
