Hi Anthony,

Would this interest you (please see below).

If you join our team you will not just get a “job”, but instead become part of a “community” that cares for each other including you. Please let me know

Chester Care Co- Operative members Rick, James, Abbie and Mitchell are all aged between 18 and 32 and are looking for a Personal Assistant to work with them one to one or with each other as part of group to help them live their lives well.

They would like someone who is fun to be with, easy to talk to and who enjoys the same kind of activities as them, but is also able to suggest new things that they might enjoy. Things that get them out and active in their local community perhaps with a focus on the environment always seem to go down well.

Mums and Dads would like someone who is able to help them learn to live more independently, with a bit of help with their cooking, and household activities, getting to medical appointments and applying themselves to tidying their rooms!

The other Personal Assistants in our team would like someone who has a sense of humour, is flexible, and able to pull their weight as part of a “self-managing” team.

Our Registered Manager would like someone who has a Level 2 Care Certificate, Disclosure and Barring Service clearance, is willing to learn and develop professionally and is not as boring as him!

Our members live in the Chester area. You will need to hold a valid driver’s licence and be able to transport one or more of them in your own vehicle when necessary (Mileage will be reimbursed). Rick can tell you more about us at this link: https://www.facebook.com/carecooperatives/videos/469074550250276/
Pay is £9.50 per hour rising to £10 upon successful completion of a probationary period (six months). You will support James and all our Co Operative members, and your contract would be for between 15 and 20 hours per week.

We want the right person, and will work hard to find them. If you are interested please get in touch
