I require help to get out of bed using a stand aid, drink 3 cups of decaf tea, I require to be pushed through to the bathroom, clean my teeth, I require assistance to wash my hair.
I then need to be pushed back to my bedroom to get dressed with assistance and dry my hair
I am then pushed to the lounge to my riser recliner. To eat my breakfast. I will then need to use the commode. Then need to have another cup of tea. I use the commode at 12.30. Then I usually ask my PA to do any shopping . On their return I have a decaf latte. I use the commode at 3pm. Then drink 2 cups of tea at 4pm I use the commode again. I usually eat at about 4.15. after taking my medication.
I go back through to my bedroom about 4.45
