Job Description

Do you live in or near Wilmslow?
Are you interested in helping a vulnerable young person to go to work, do daily skills and access leisure opportunities?
Full Behaviour Support training will be given to the successful support worker.

Supporting a young man to access his preferred activities, supporting him to live a normal life in his local community,
This young man has an active weekly schedule that he plans every week. He goes to work and work placements with 1-1 support. He goes shopping, prepares his own meals , all with his 1-1 support staff. He goes to his preferred leisure activities with his 1-1 support staff. He goes on his choice of day trips such as bike rides and hikes, all with his 1-1 support staff.
