Job Description

Support with life skills, social inclusion, activities in the community, work experience, self care, using maths and English in every day life situations

Community Suppirt Worker
To support a young man in the community and at home to enjoy life, become independent, learn life skills such as travel training, use basic English, reading and maths skills in real kife practical ways in the community, support to work experience placements, to enjoy activities and attend local hobbies / interests, to learn practical and self care skills, to help to be inclusive and teach how to interact correctly with a range of persons in the community (list is not exhaustive)
