Job Description

Provide encouragement support and supervision when accessing various social and leisure activities within the community such as cinema shopping eating out swimming, to have fund and build confidence, occasional support with personal care

We are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant/Carer in Northwich to support a 22year old female with learning disability, difficulty with mobility and registered blind in accessing social and leisure activities within the community, to ensure her safety and to build her confidence, this is particularly important when she is in unfamiliar surroundings, some support with personal care maybe required on occasion when in unfamiliar places with regard to navigating around the area.
