Job Description

To support with cleaning
To provide support with socialisation and companionship
To assist with accessing the community, shopping and banking.

Relatively independent and capable individual to do most things with minimal assistance, however will need help to travel to places using public transport as may not be familiar with routes and places. Will need support to ensure room is tidy, clothes are clean and correct depending on the weather. Will need support to do banking and shopping as well as accessing the community as occasion serves. May need prompting to ensure is on a pathway to independence by following agreed goals e.g booking taxis for the week, cooking, banking, laundry and speaking on the phone.
